Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) administrative support, coordination of various activities and projects, and liaising with internal and external parties.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Receptionists are charged with a variety of administrative support functions such as answering the phone, greeting customers, data entry, collating of customer files and making sure the reception area is tidy and welcomingProvide timely and accurate assistance to all Metricon customers, potential customers and staffProvide administrative support to the Regional Manager (file notes, emails, telephone calls, reports, ordering of supply items etc.)Maintain and manage the diaries, appointments and travel arrangements of the Regional ManagerEstablish and maintain document management processes to ensure confidentiality of information, files and documentsCoordinate meeting activity including invitations, agendas, taking and distributing minutesLiaise with internal and external stakeholders as required to ensure consistency and efficiency of information providedCoordination of Business Unit Activities and EventsOffice Administration and general duties such as incoming and outgoing mail, distribution of documentation, maintaining of staff room, meeting rooms and bathrooms; andMaintain point of sale stocks including brochures, business cards and document sales enquiry leads (phone/walk in) and distribute to Sales Manager.

An understanding of the building process would be an advantageA mature and positive outlookBe ResilientHave a great Customer Excellence attitudeExperience in working in a self autonomous role / environmentProven reliability in undertaking a wide range of tasks and responsibilitiesExcellent customer service skillsAbility to use Microsoft software packages; andPositive and driven attitude!!!
