Sales and Operations Coordinator - MetInvest

Based in Metricon Head office in Mt Waverley. 12-Month maternity leave cover.
Reporting to the General Manager, MetInvest, your responsibilities will include:
  • Prepare and coordinate house and land packages and administration for MetInvest
  • Administer marketing materials to selling agents
  • Coordinate contracts with BDMs and external sales agents
  • Prepare relevant internal sales paperwork for BDMs and Accounts
  • Assist in developing new more efficient processes
  • Administrative support and projects as nominated by General Manager.

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience within a similar role supporting a sales team
  • Ability to set priorities and co-ordinate available time and resources for maximum effectiveness
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, questioning and probing)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Commitment to continuous learning
  • Intermediate PC skills including: Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Working knowledge of BusinessCraft is preferred but not essential
  • Motivated in achieving quality results
