Home & Land Specialist - Australian Building Company

This is an exciting & fast-paced opportunity for experienced Home & Land professional to join our vibrant team in our Mount Waverley Office. You will maintain & develop efficient processes to facilitate the supply and sale of Home & Land packages, while supporting the sales consultants and associates in displays with the home & land packages.
Reporting to the Home & Land Business Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Contributing to the sales and profitability targets to grow ABC Homes' market share specifically via: Real estate agents, property referrers, land developers & financial planners
  • Achieve the monthly budgets for deposits and contract signings while ensuring all sales are made within the gross margin targets as agreed
  • Ensure that ABC Homes' sales policies, processes and procedures are consistently followed and ABC's branding integrity is maintained
  • Identify, recruit and foster strategic relationships with developers, property marketers, real estate agents while maintaining a comprehensive database of key contacts
  • Complete accurate analysing and reporting
  • Ensure appropriate customer service strategies are developed and implemented to deliver exemplary customer service to our investor customers and channel partners; and
  • Identifying opportunities and taking action to build strategic relationships with all business areas across the Group while ensuring company policies and values are followed.

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Demonstrated experience in the building/land sales industry (preferable in the volume new home environment)
  • Formal qualifications - preferably sales, marketing or a business discipline is desired
  • Experience in developing business strategies and implementing these to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Proven experience in supporting a team, focusing on agreed objectives to maximise performance
  • A proven track record in investment product sales desirable
  • A positive and proactive approach to all tasks and leadership opportunities undertaken; and
  • A GREAT ATTITUDE!!!
