Come onboard and bounce out of bed every working day and partner with our experienced Site Managers to further strengthen our business and Construction team to complete checks on our new home builds in Greater Sydney to Newcastle Areas.

Reporting to the Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Complete Quality Assurance Checks as per standard procedures and processes

Complete Quality Assurance Checks within specified timeframes

Working with management to ensure appropriate systems, processes and procedures are researched, developed and implemented to address and improve quality issues that directly contribute to the Business Unit’s bottom line performance

Ensuring that appropriate customer service strategies are maintained to deliver exemplary customer service

Promote and observe Company Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures; and

Ensure that our customers are treated with respect and their queries/concerns are addressed with a sense of urgency.

The successful candidate will have:

Working knowledge of residential home volume building industry is highly desirable

Completion of relevant tertiary education e.g. Building/Construction Diploma or of a trade/building background

Able to complete Quality Assurance Checks within specified timeframes

Able to promote and observe Company Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures

Have a thorough exposure to process improvement along with solid practical experience in working with quality programs

Outstanding customer service with professional communication skills (both written and verbal)

An understanding of Australia Standards, NCC’s and building regulations

Knowledge of electronic project management systems; and

Current drivers licence.
