You will be working closely with our experienced New Home Advisors in a support capacity at our Hervey Bay centre, gaining a fantastic understanding of the Metricon Sales process and how to work with our customers during their sales process to choose their design and facade that works for them whilst growing your sales career!

Weekend work is mandatory.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing administrative assistance to the New Home Advisors
  • Work with land development sales offices and assist with house and land packages
  • Work closely with New Home Advisors in a support capacity while gaining an understanding of the Metricon Sales Process, display centre operations, the Sales Plan and general business rules
  • Maintaining the high standard of presentation of Metricon’s display centres and office sales
  • Expert execution of the prescribed display Meet/Greet requirements
  • Provide a top class Home Demonstration to customers
  • Qualifying and managing lead activity and setting prospect appointments
  • Providing customers with a first class experience, exceeding customer service expectations
  • Support Sales Administration/Documentation activity for the Sales Paperwork Process; and
  • Liaise with customers for all sales queries.

  • Prior sales experience is desirable.
