We require a strong, customer focused New Home Advisor to hit the ground running and be the go to expert in the Mornington Peninsula area. Full time role, Thursday to Monday.
Based in our beautifully presented Rye display home situated opposite Port Phillip Bay, show off our class-leading design and our quality product to any customer that walks in the door and enjoy multi-million dollar views from your desk! On display is our incredible Artisan 56 with Pacific facade from our prestigious Designer Range of homes.
This is an incredible opportunity to make your mark and sell some of the best homes in the country! Help deliver our vision for our customers to Love where you live with one of our 100+ award winning designs to suit their block of land. Weekend work is a must.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Qualifying leads and guiding clients through the exciting journey of building their new home from enquiry to contractManaging both walk in and remote enquiries to convert high volumesDelivering standout customer service—balancing budget, lifestyle, and timelines to achieve the needs of differing customersBuilding strong networks with land agents, developers, brokers and community partnersManaging the full sales process and ensuring paperwork is clean, complete and timely; andTaking pride in your display and being the go to expert for the region.

The successful candidate will have:
Strong digital and phone enquiry skills/experienceResidential sales is an advantage but experience within a face to face sales environment is essentialA professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunitiesExceptional networking and customer service skillsYou will have a passion for the residential building industry and get excited to promote our great designs, products and servicesWell developed organizational and client management capabilities; andExperience working with a range of IT applications and software.
