Sales Manager - Greenfields

Lead and inspire a geographically diverse portfolio of displays, driving performance, consistency, and sales growth across multiple locations, with the flexibility and mobility to regularly travel within the Vic Metro region.
With your previous sales management in volume housing, you will be involved in executing new strategies for a continually growing brand and deliver exceptional training to your team of highly focused, competitive and committed sales professionals.
Reporting to the Victorian Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Generate business opportunities within the designated region
  • Operate at both the strategic and operational level to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Achieve the monthly / annual budgets for leads, appointments, deposits and SOC signings
  • Manage, coach and mentor a highly focused, competitive and committed team of sales professionals, to achieve key growth plans and take them to the next level
  • Implement strong sales strategies within dedicated regions to maximise efficiency, minimise costs and develop a highly competent and professional team
  • Fostering a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork is paramount

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Demonstrated record of success in a senior sales management position within the volume housing industry
  • Experience in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve sales targets, business unit revenue and business KPIs
  • A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities
  • A proven track record with people and leading and mentoring a large workforce
  • Ability to implement continuous improvement within the identified markets
