Your responsibilities will include:
Preparation and follow up of permit documentation for the building processAssist with land compliance assessmentsEvaluate land contracts & regulatory informationLiaising with Developers, Councils, and Building Surveys and internal departmentsManage Soils, Surveys and PSI information; andGenerating reports based on findings and making all necessary recommendations.

The successful candidate will have:
Experience in pre-site administration, permits or drafting within residentialCompleted studies in Cert IV Building & Construction or higher would be an advantageAn understanding of the residential home building and construction processExceptional customer service with the ability to manage customer expectationsAbility to manage high volume of work while maintaining high attention to detail; andOutstanding organisational and time management capabilities.
