Your responsibilities will include:

Preparation and follow up of permit documentation for the building process

Assist with land compliance assessments

Evaluate land contracts & regulatory information

Liaising with Developers, Councils, and Building Surveys and internal departments

Manage Soils, Surveys and PSI information; and

Generating reports based on findings and making all necessary recommendations.

The successful candidate will have:

Experience in pre-site administration, permits or drafting within residential

Completed studies in Cert IV Building & Construction or higher would be an advantage

An understanding of the residential home building and construction process

Exceptional customer service with the ability to manage customer expectations

Ability to manage high volume of work while maintaining high attention to detail; and

Outstanding organisational and time management capabilities.
