We are currently seeking 2 x driven and motivated individual to join our high calibre national Product Development team. 1 @ our Victorian Headquarters in Mt Waverley and 1 @ our Queensland Headquarters in Robina on the Gold Coast.
Support the delivery of new product to market through administrative areas of Commercialisation, Product Management and Design.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assist project delivery as required.
Reporting to the National Product Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Product Release Administration Support: Support the release program of all new Designs, Façades, and Options to the wider business via administrative tasks, maintaining product release schedules & milestones, and all relevant stakeholders are updated regularly.
  • New Retail Product Administration Support: Support the introduction of new retail products to the business via new BIM content requests, administrative support for the commercialization team, and product Updates to communicate & support the introduction of new products & associated Design elements.
  • Management Assistance: Assist with National Product Development team meetings, agenda and minutes as required, coordinating any National Product Development team travel logistics, team events and workshops.
  • Data Management: Assist the teams with data entry, organisation and maintenance, maintaining and auditing product data across platforms, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • 3D rendering orders: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to review and process marketing collateral as required, assist in supporting the upkeep, consistency and quality of existing 3D renders.
  • Internal and external relationships.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint and Smartsheet.
  • Working knowledge of the building design and construction process.
  • Familiarity with design software (Revit) is an advantage.
