Pre-Site Manager - New South Wales

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer orientated pre-site manager to join a reputable builder located in our Baulkham Hills office.
Reporting to the State Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service in managing customer projects and their journey through the pre-construction phase following deposit through to site start;
  • Driving customer jobs through Metricon’s system with timeframe constraints as forecasted and budgeted;
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure drafting, permits and finance approvals are on schedule;
  • Managing and processing customer variations to contract; and
  • Conducting new home contract signing appointments with customers.

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience working within a project management or customer focussed role;
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of customers at different stages through the pre-construction journey;
  • Proven ability in being a member of a successful, dynamic and results focused customer service team with a passion for customer service excellence;
  • Proven ability to trouble-shoot and effectively meet deadlines in order to meet established performance standards;
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders and customers;
  • Fostering productive relationships with customers and key stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service;
  • Ability to clearly identify people’s needs and generate solutions to suit both the customer and team member;
  • Experience in understanding residential construction plans and contracts;
  • Intermediate Microsoft WORD and EXCEL computer skills; and
  • Highly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities.
