Marketing Coordinator - South Australia


Coordinate, create, and deliver campaigns for some of Australia’s most recognisable home brands. Metricon Homes, Australia’s largest home builder, is looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator in our Parkside Head Office to join our high-performing South Australian Marketing Team. In this role, you will support our senior marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns across our websites, EDMs, property portals and printed collateral. You’ll coordinate updates, manage schedules and keep everything running smoothly, ensuring every piece of marketing is accurate, on-brand and delivered on time.

In this role, you’ll be the executional engine that keeps campaigns moving, managing websites, EDMs, and key marketing assets across multiple brands. You’ll work closely with the Senior Marketing Team to bring campaigns to life, ensuring every output is on-brand, accurate, and delivered on time.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Support the broader marketing team in rolling out campaigns across digital, print, retail, and in-person channels
  • Manage the EDM calendar and coordinate timely delivery across all brands
  • Maintain Metricon’s website, uploading new campaigns, checking lead forms, and keeping content accurate and up-to-date
  • Maintain property portals to ensure brand alignment and accuracy
  • Coordinate the fit-out and launch of new display homes and the maintenance of existing display homes
  • Proofread and compliance check marketing materials to ensure excellence
  • Coordinate print and POS orders, manage delivery to displays, and process reorders from sales teams
  • Liaise with the National Marketing Services Team to deliver all web and EDM requirements for South Australia; and
  • Maintain a physical and digital archive of marketing activity for easy access by the team and stakeholders.

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing coordination role, ideally in a fast-paced retail, property, or construction environment
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and confidence with CMS and email marketing tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud highly regarded)
  • A collaborative approach and strong stakeholder communication skills; and
  • A passion for delivering marketing that is accurate, on-brand, and effective.
