Metricon Homes is looking for two talented Marketing Managers to join our high-performing Queensland Marketing Team at our Robina office.
These are hands-on, execution-led roles with no direct reports, focused on delivering and optimising campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with the State Marketing Manager and in-house graphics team to bring ideas to life, ensuring every campaign is on-brand, accurate, and delivers measurable results.

Reporting to the State Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Take ownership of delivering campaign execution across multiple brands and channels

Craft campaign messaging and partner with the graphics team to shape direction

Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, print, retail and in-person channels

Drive qualified leads, website traffic and display home visits through effective campaign delivery

Ensure all activity is accurate, compliant and on-brand

Oversee content and collateral tailored to audience needs

Monitor and refine media, messaging and campaign performance to maximise ROI

Continuously optimise campaigns using insights and performance data

Proven experience in campaign-led marketing roles, with exposure to managing brand or campaign activity across multiple channels

Remuneration: $90,000 - $109,999 Including Superannuation.
