As one of Australia's most recognised and awarded home builders, we're looking for a passionate, results driven Marketing Managers to join our high performing Queensland Marketing Team based in our stylish Robina Office.

This is a hands on marketing role with significant influence, autonomy and variety. You'll work alongside a State Marketing Manager, talented in house creative specialists, digital experts, and business stakeholders to deliver campaigns that drive leads, brand awareness, display home traffic, and sales outcomes.
Reporting to the State Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Managing the end to end delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple brands and product portfoliosDeveloping compelling campaign messaging that resonates with target audiencesCollaborating closely with internal graphic designers, digital specialists and stakeholders to bring campaigns to lifeExecuting integrated campaigns across: Digital advertising, Social media, Search marketing, Email marketing, Website content, Print advertising, Retail activations, and display home promotions and Sponsorship initiativesDriving qualified leads, web traffic, enquiry generation and display home visitsManaging campaign timelines, budgets and multiple stakeholders simultaneouslyMonitoring campaign performance, analysing data and delivering actionable insightsContinuously optimising media performance, messaging and creative execution to maximise ROIMaintaining brand integrity, compliance standards and quality across all marketing activitySupporting the delivery of new product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns; andIdentifying new opportunities to improve customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.

The successful candidate will have:
Proven experience in a campaign focused marketing roleStrong understanding of integrated marketing channelsDemonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong copywriting and campaign development abilitiesAnalytical mindset with experience reviewing campaign performance dataOutstanding attention to detailAbility to balance creativity with commercial objectivesStrong organisational and project management skills; andA positive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.

Remuneration: $90,000 - $109,999 Including Superannuation
