We require a strong, customer obsessed New Home Sales Consultant, possessing experience in Knock Down Rebuild & High-End homes. You will hit the ground running, showing off our enviable designs and our quality products!
Reporting to the Sales & Brand Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Understanding and assessing client needs and providing suitable solutions
  • Managing a high volume of enquiries, following up & cultivating leads and achieving high sales targets
  • Providing customers with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectations; and
  • Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners such as land developers, financiers and local community providers.

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 2 years sales experience (ideally in knock down rebuild) within the residential industry is essential
  • Strong selling and negotiating skills
  • Target driven and hungry for success
  • A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities
  • Exceptional industry networking and customer service skills
  • Well developed organisational and client management capabilities
  • A passion for delivering quality outcomes to the customer
  • Experience working with a range of IT applications and software; and
