We require a strong, customer obsessed New Home Sales Consultant, possessing experience in Knock Down Rebuild & High-End homes. You will hit the ground running, showing off our enviable designs and our quality products!
Reporting to the Sales & Brand Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Understanding and assessing client needs and providing suitable solutionsManaging a high volume of enquiries, following up & cultivating leads and achieving high sales targetsProviding customers with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectations; andDeveloping and maintaining a network of industry partners such as land developers, financiers and local community providers.

The successful candidate will have:
A minimum of 2 years sales experience (ideally in knock down rebuild) within the residential industry is essentialStrong selling and negotiating skillsTarget driven and hungry for successA professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunitiesExceptional industry networking and customer service skillsWell developed organisational and client management capabilitiesA passion for delivering quality outcomes to the customerExperience working with a range of IT applications and software; andA GREAT ATTITUDE!
