Service & Warranty Coordinator - South Australia

This is a greatly challenging and fast paced role based in our Parkside Office working within the high performing Service & Warranty Team. This role is best suited towards individuals who can work in an extremely fast paced environment due to high volumes of work and can deal with the high pressures of the position.
Reporting to the Service & Warranty Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
  • The processing and qualifying of Service requests and Warranty claims
  • Providing administrative support to the Service & Warranty Supervisors
  • Responding to a high number of emails in a timely manner
  • Receiving all incoming telephone calls from customers regarding service related issues and resolving in a timely and professional manner; and
  • General administration duties.

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Prior experience in the Building Industry would be highly regarded
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Experience working with a range of IT applications and software
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills
  • Customer file management and negotiation skills; and
  • A proven ability to work in a time critical environment.
