Reporting to the Sales & Brand Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Support senior colleagues in selling products & solutions, managing customer relationships and in activities as defined by the sales process
  • Understand our sales methodology and process and executes with excellence in the allocated area of responsibility
  • Support senior colleagues in a variety of administrative functions as instructed
  • Assist with competitor activity reports and ordering general supplies such as stationary, business cards, product books and promotional material
  • Attend all team meetings as requested, on time, with positive contribution
  • Provide a quality service to customers while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention
  • Dealing with queries and investigating and resolving customer questions
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of organisation products and services to deal confidently with customer queries
  • Ask relevant questions to evaluate the customer's level of interest and to identify and respond to areas requiring further information or explanation
  • Assist senior colleagues in the management of internal stakeholders; and
  • Assist with the preparation and completion of sales documentation.
