Reporting to the Sales & Brand Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Support senior colleagues in selling products & solutions, managing customer relationships and in activities as defined by the sales processUnderstand our sales methodology and process and executes with excellence in the allocated area of responsibilitySupport senior colleagues in a variety of administrative functions as instructedAssist with competitor activity reports and ordering general supplies such as stationary, business cards, product books and promotional materialAttend all team meetings as requested, on time, with positive contributionProvide a quality service to customers while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retentionDealing with queries and investigating and resolving customer questionsDevelop and maintain a thorough knowledge of organisation products and services to deal confidently with customer queriesAsk relevant questions to evaluate the customer's level of interest and to identify and respond to areas requiring further information or explanationAssist senior colleagues in the management of internal stakeholders; andAssist with the preparation and completion of sales documentation.
