Reporting to the Construction Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the build journey
  • Oversee site performance, ensuring quality builds and on-time delivery
  • Partner closely with your Construction Manager to review progress via ClickHomes
  • Maximise productivity by coordinating and securing quality trades
  • Schedule and manage all on-site construction activities
  • Proactively resolve build issues and maintain clear client communication
  • Drive continuous improvement in building practices and processes
  • Ensure compliance with cost, project management, and OH&S standards
  • Foster a positive, customer-focused and team-oriented culture
  • Deliver homes to the highest quality standards; and
  • Hand over keys and settlement packs - celebrate the final milestone with your client.

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations, OH&S and QA systems
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Established networks with trades (highly regarded)
  • Customer-focused with strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Comfortable working with new homes contracts
  • Ability to prioritise, manage timelines and meet deadlines; and
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
