• Sales & Brand Manager with Australia’s Leading Home Builder
• Build and lead a highly engaged team of top performing sales professionals

• Build, oversee and drive a result focused sales team to sell award winning beautiful homes for Australia’s Largest home builder 10 consecutive years

This role requires both working and leading your team in display homes across Metro Melbourne coupled with being based from head office (Mt Waverley)

We currently have an exciting leadership opportunity for a results driven sales management professional - to lead Sales for one of our core Metricon brands – HOME SOLUTIONS

Reporting to the VIC Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Achieving sales targets for one of our core Metricon brands - Home Solution
  • Operate at both the strategic and operational level to develop and implement sales strategies, while implementing training to support growth and key brand in the industry within identified markets
  • Achieve the monthly / annual budgets for leads, appointments, deposits and contract signings
  • Complete reporting as per business requirements
  • Recruit, manage and motivate a talented sales force and assist in the training of support staff
  • Implement strong sales strategies within the region to maximise efficiency, minimise costs, and develop a highly competent and professional team

  • The successful candidate will have:
  • Extensive experience in a senior Sales Management position, in Volume Housing required
  • Significant experience in managing a full P&L
  • Experience in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve sales targets, business unit revenue and business KPIs
  • A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities
  • A proven track record in people management and leading and mentoring a workforce
  • Ability to implement continuous improvement within identified markets
  • An Energetic and memorable approach, with experience in motivating a sales team and stimulating a referral network; and
  • A Great Attitude!!!
