Work within one of Metricon’s most dynamic and high performing and fun Estimating teams as a Sales Estimator in our state of the art Robina office.
Reporting to the Sales Estimator Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Preparation and pricing of accurate Sales Tenders for contract documentation including (but not limited to), site costs, regulatory requirements and design modifications in accordance with the Metricon's design and construction detailsPreparation and pricing of accurate Post Contract variations Quality checks of all documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity of a high qualityFollow company checklists and processes to capture all information required at all stagesEnsure that sales estimates are modified accurately to suit requirements of the customer, council/developers, engineers, surveyors and Metricon HomesLiaising with other internal stakeholders including Sales, Operations, Retail Systems, Construction, Drafting, Product Development and Purchasing teams.

The successful candidate will have:
Minimum of 3 years working with an Australian Residential builder as either a Sales or Production Estimator, however, entry level applicants welcome to applyMinimum Certificate IV Building Construction or equivalent construction knowledge (preferred)Strong knowledge and understanding of National Construction Code, Australian Standards as well Council and Covenant requirementsProficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, TeamsCompetent in systems such as ClickHome (desirable)Excellent organisation and communication skills (verbal and written) as well as an eye for detailAble to work autonomously and as part of a teamA GREAT ATTITUDE!!!
