We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Site Plan Draftsperson to join our growing team. This role is focused on preparing accurate, compliant site plans and design sketches for residential building projects across Queensland and New South Wales.

Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Prepare detailed site plans for new residential builds.Analyse survey plans, title information, easements, sewer infrastructure and contour data.

Assess planning controls including setbacks, site coverage, height limits, overlays and zoning requirements.

Produce accurate CAD documentation in accordance with council and certifier requirements.

Identify potential compliance issues prior to documentation.

Liaise with surveyors, certifiers, planners and engineers where required.

Ensure documentation complies with the National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards and relevant local planning schemes.

Maintain drawing accuracy and consistency across all projects.

Assist in refining drafting standards and internal workflows.

The successful candidate will have:

Ideally a Diploma of Building Design & Drafting (or equivalent)

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Australian Residential Drafting

MUST HAVE working knowledge and experience in REVIT and Autocad

Excellent communications skills to be able to communicate with our Sales Team

Design ability required to be successful in this position

Pro-active approach to problem solving and confidence in decision making

Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical people; and
