People Systems Administrator - People, Performance & Culture

Working as part of our customer centric People, Performance & Culture team, this is a unique opportunity to use your strong coordination and engagement skills to help support and administrator user support, data maintenance, system administration tasks, and day-to-day operational activities.
Reporting to the People Advisory Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:
Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and other people related systemsManage user accounts, permissions and access across all people related systemsMaintain high standards of data quality, accuracy and integrity across multiple systemsRespond to user enquiries and provide system training and supportAssist with troubleshooting system issues and escalate where requiredContribute to process improvements that enhance system efficiency, user experience and data quality; andProvide support to the wider People, Performance & Culture team during peak periods.

The successful candidate will have:
Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experiencePrevious experience in Administration role or systems support would be an advantage but not essentialIntermediate to advanced computer skills, with proficiency in MS including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint is mandatoryExposure to and having a working knowledge of People systems (Learning Management Systems and HRIS) would be an advantage but not essentialExceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining data quality and accuracyAbility to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, volume-oriented environment; andA collaborative team player with an appetite for learning and a passion for delivering quality outcomes.
